Detection results are probabilistic estimates, not facts. There is no warranty that any result is correct, and no guarantee of availability. The service may change, be rate-limited, or be withdrawn at any time.

You agree not to present a detection score as definitive evidence that an image is or is not AI-generated, and not to use it as the sole basis for a public accusation, a disciplinary action, a moderation decision with material consequences, or a legal claim. Accuracy varies substantially with how an image was handled before it reached you — read the accuracy notes.

• Only submit images you have the right to upload. Uploading content you do not have permission to handle is your responsibility, not ours.
• Do not submit illegal content, including material involving minors.
• Do not attempt to overload, scrape at scale, or circumvent the rate limits. Automated access should use the documented API.

Free use is subject to a per-address hourly limit, applied to keep the service available for everyone. Limits may change without notice. Requests that exceed them receive HTTP 429 and should be retried after the period indicated in the response.

Submitted images are analysed in memory and not retained. What is collected, and what is explicitly not, is set out in the privacy notice, which forms part of these terms.

The service is provided free of charge. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the service or reliance on any result it produces, including decisions made about a person or an image on the basis of a score.

These terms may be updated. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised version.
